Dark Chocolate Brown Rice Pudding

Serves: 4-6
  1. In a medium pot add the rice, almond milk, cinnamon, and sea salt
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, and place a lid on the pot
  3. Cook for about an hour, or until the rice is tender, you will need to stir once in a while to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot
  4. Once the rice is tender, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the maple syrup and cocoa powder
  5. If it is looking too thick you can thin it out with a little more almond milk
  6. Serve warm or put in the refrigerator to chill
  7. Serve with berries and a smile! :)
