Chocolate Cherry Almond Salad

  • 2 cups (12 oz) Cherries - pitted and lightly chopped
  • 2 oz Dark Chocolate - chopped (I used 85% which was perfection, this is my fave kind)
  • ¼ cup Almonds - chopped (I used raw)
  • Maple Syrup - to taste (depending on how sweet your cherries are, I used a teaspoon.. you could omit all together if yours are perfect on their own)
  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients
  2. Toss well, dish up, dive in!! Enjoy :)
