Cherry Berry Smoothie (Vegan)

  • 2 cups Cherries (pitted) [fresh or frozen is perfect]
  • 1 cup Blueberries [fresh or frozen is perfect]
  • 1 cup Strawberries [fresh or frozen is perfect]
  • 2 cups Almond Milk (make your own in seconds with this recipe)
  • Maple Syrup or Honey - to taste
  • 1 cup Ice (omit if fruit is frozen)
  1. In a blender add all the ingredients
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour out and enjoy!!!
