I loooooove green smoothies.  I am a relative newbie to the idea but they are now a staple in my diet.  If you are not familiar, green smoothies are usually fruit smoothies with leafy greens added.  So you get your fruits and your veggies in a convenient travel friendly package!! Even better, it doesn’t take any special skills, just throw it in the blender, let it go, and drink!!  Brilliant!!

Ingredients:

½ cored Pineapple
1 cup Coconut Milk
½ cup Ice
1 cup fresh Spinach

Easy Instructions:

  • Toss all the ingredients into a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Drink!!
